Our first ever 0.5% Stoopid release joins a series of smoothie sours dedicated to anyone who’s ever asked; “why can’t beer just taste like beer?”. Jam packed with unfermented fruit, we’ve paired luscious banana, juicy peach and mouth-watering mango with mountains of vanilla and coconut cream in every stoopid sip.

ABOUT THE BREWER

Big flavours and bright colours, that’s what you can expect from Vault City Brewing. We’re the UK’s biggest sour beer producer and we’ve been making fruit-forward, modern sour beers and decadent stouts in Edinburgh since 2018.  

Our mixed fermentation style and distinctive house culture create the perfect base for real fruit ingredients, which gives our beer its intense aroma and flavour, not to mention the eye-catching colours.  

You’ll find Vault City Brewing in the seaside suburb of Portobello, Edinburgh, where we brew almost 500,000 litres of beer each year.

Our Edinburgh taproom is home to some of the freshest Vault City beer you’ll ever try. The Wee Vault has more taps than seats, so this cosy Haymarket craft beer bar could be your new favourite place to sample sours, or just a scheduled stop-off before a brisk 2-minute walk to Haymarket train station.
