Shipping
Firstly, if you’ve placed an order already – thank you! We’re an independent brewery and your support means a lot to us.
Now, down to the important stuff. Once you place an order, we aim to pack it within 2 working days.
Things are busiest for us around November, December, and our birthday in July, but in general we're a small team so there can be occasions where delivery times extend slightly beyond our usual goal.
UK Shipping Charges
We ship across the whole of the UK with DPD Local excluding Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man. UK shipping covers most areas with a flat rate of £5.95, and free shipping on orders over £50. However, there are a couple of areas like highlands & islands, and Northern Ireland where our courier charges cost more.
Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland
If you have a highlands and islands postcode or are based in Northern Ireland, our UK shipping rate unfortunately doesn't apply. Instead there is a flat rate of £14.94 for deliveries to Scottish Highlands, with free delivery on orders over £100. There is a flat rate of £18.68 to ship to Scottish islands.
If you're based in Northern Ireland, our flat shipping rate is £12.44 but we offer free delivery on orders over £100.
International Shipping
We would LOVE to send more beer out internationally, but after Brexit things became a lot more complicated for us and we instead opted for UK shipping only, and a collection of export partners who buy our beer in bulk to sell to their local bars and bottle shops.
What to Expect
You’ll get an order confirmation email when you place an order, and a 5-digit order number in case you need to contact us.
You’ll also hear from DPD when your order is being packaged, and they should give you a timeslot at a later point after the parcel has reached DPD’s local depot. We ship all parcels with next day delivery, so before you know it, you’ll be enjoying some tasty beers, or sporting some new threads.
Once your tracking number is live, you can view where your order is through the DPD tracking portal here. On the day that your order is scanned onto the delivery van headed for your door you'll receive an email and / or text giving you a delivery window.
