Privacy’s important to us at Vault City, and while this all sounds very formal, it’s really just a standard policy that sets out how we collect and process Information about you, what we do with that data, and what your options are regarding certain uses of it.
We gather info when you visit our website, apply for a job, book a table at our bars or when you take part in our other experiences where this policy is posted. By participating in any of these, you consent to your information being collected, processed, and/or shared in accordance with this policy.
Overview
We collect and use info when you visit our website to use our products and services. For the most part, the info you share will just be used to deliver orders, set up and maintain customer accounts, and if you agree to it, to send you the occasional update or offer. We also use this data to monitor our website stats, which may be anonymized by us for business and marketing updates. *Cue a long, boring PowerPoint about bounce rates.
If you visit our website, we may collect info using “cookies”, which are essentially a small data files stored on your web browser. Cookies allow us to keep track of what’s in your basket, and to remember you when you pay our site another visit. They can tell us what site you came from, but it’s worth remembering that a “cookie” doesn’t give us access to your computer in any way, or give any other information about you, except for the data you choose to share with us. We do however use some info such as the products chosen, delivery address etc so that we can process your order.

Managing your information
You have the right to access, amend or request your personal info be deleted. We never hold on to any info longer than we need to, and the management/disposal of it adheres to GDPR and other data protection legislation.
We’ll never share any of your info with third parties that aren’t directly related to us delivering our obligation to you, i.e., sending tasty beers via our courier, or booking your seat at our bars.
