A new addition to our Farm To Fermenter series, where we look to shorten the distance between local growers and our Modern Sour Beer, is a fruit we've only used a handful times (who knows why because we love them) - the vibrant plum. Almost eighty thousand plums made their way from the farm to the beer in just 16 hours.
