Following our original Canned Laughter with Ed Gamble, our latest sour in the series takes inspiration from 'Cowboy' Kim's Edinburgh Fringe Show; an ode to 'winging it' and doing your best to make sense of it all. Both concepts which feel right at home for team Vault City.

Shout out to Scottish artist, Neil Slorance for the incredible can art. 20% of profits from this beer will be donated to Save the Children, Kim's chosen charity.

The Wee Vault has more taps than seats, so this cosy Haymarket craft beer bar could be your new favourite place to sample sours, or just a scheduled stop-off before a brisk 2-minute walk to Haymarket train station.
