The Vault refreshes our allocations programme into a simple, consistent commitment, paired with rewards for you and your venue. With three fresh beers launching per release (generally every two weeks) and occasional optional extras - your membership brings exclusive benefits, priority access, and quarterly gifts. 
We know we released a lot of beers in 2025, your feedback highlighted 3 beers per release as the sweet spot for most venues so we're dialling things back in 2026 to make that happen.

As a member, you’ll get priority access, exclusive comms from the brewery, and benefits designed to support you and your venue, from merch and POS to collaborations and events. Vault City pricing for most tiers (Table Strength, Session, Mid-Vaultage, High Vaultage and Specials) is flat but contact sales@vaultcity.co.uk for more info.

When does it start?

The Vault Loyalty Programme begins with our January releases. If you haven’t already, make sure you’ve picked up all releases so far this year to be eligible. Your chosen allocations will then begin automatically from February.

How will allocations and order emails be processed?

Order confirmation emails will be sent the week prior to each release, including a brief overview of the beers. Beers will be dispatched from Tuesday of release week. Please note that orders are processed on pro-forma or two-week Direct Debit terms, and will only be dispatched once payment has been received or a GoCardless Direct Debit has been set up.

When does each quarter start and finish?

The programme follows calendar quarters. The final release dates for each quarter are currently scheduled as:Q1: 24/03Q2: 16/06Q3: 29/09Q4: 08/12 (All dates subject to change.)

When does the retro cycle run?

Quarterly rewards are issued in the following quarter (for example, Q1 rewards are issued in Q2). Bi-yearly credits are issued at the start of the following six-month period. For example, customers who remain fully allocated from January through June will receive their credit in July. All rewards are subject to allocations being maintained throughout the qualifying period.

Vault membership is available to venues that commit to purchasing at least one case of every Vault City release.  Quarterly rewards are subject to continued participation. While you can change, cancel or pause at any time, if anything drops off your commitment, you won’t be eligible for that quarter’s benefits.

Members who purchase every release and remain in the programme for 12 consecutive months will receive access to an ultra-limited Vault City beer, available only to Vault members when released. Rewards, timings, and availability may vary.

Vault members can earn a retroactive discount based on their ongoing commitment to each release (three beers per fortnight). Retro discounts are applied twice yearly but remember - if anything drops off your commitment in the previous 6 months, you won’t be eligible for discount.

Here's what the discounts look like:

• 2.5% discount when taking 1 case or keg of every release beer
• 5% discount when taking 2 cases or kegs of every release beer
• 7.5% discount when taking 3 cases or kegs of every release beer

The discount applies to all orders within the qualifying quarter, including core beers plus any additional beer you might have added to your order
